Went for a brazilly and Jenny was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and took my mind off of the pain. I'm definitely going back, their customer service is top notch. Thank you Jenny, you're awesome

Jenny is amazing! She is so knowledgeable about everything to do with aesthetics. Highly recommend for any service. She always makes me smile and is professional while being warm as well. The front desk staff are quite nice as well. Overall, highly recommend especially for waxing and facial services!

I’m so happy to have found Jenny! I’ve moved into the neighbourhood during the lockdown, so never had a chance to research the local salon/spa scene until very recently, and frankly, was a little hesitant about the change, but I absolutely do not regret the decision! Jenny was super-sweet and attentive, made sure I was feeling comfortable during both waxing and manicure, and I ended up super-happy with the results!

It was my first time here and Cassandra was wonderful! but I think probably all the technicians are :) She did a great job, getting feedback from me all along the way, so I would get exactly what I wanted and I did...I was very happy 🤗 She was very friendly, personable and professional. It is very clean, which is important to me. I booked online which made it super easy and I even got in the same day, but they are pretty booked so if you know ahead of time, the earlier the better. A short walk away from where I am visiting...I will definitely be back on future visits!

Excellent customer service! Went for a shellac manicure and kiddie manicure. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The kiddie manicure was perfect for my daughter, nothing too invasive just a simple nail painting and massage. My manicure was great, they were very gentle with my cuticles and the shellac is still intact with no chips 3 days later (very rare for me)! We will definitely go back for another girls day!
